Shipping Policy
All orders are available on a first come first to check out basis.
Our shipping and handling time is 2 to 10 business days. If the order takes longer to ship we will notify you. All orders are shipped through UPS. We must have a physical address, we can’t ship to a P.O. Box address.
Clear Dart of Texas offer a variety of shipping options.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 Business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 Business days

Please allow us 2 to 10 business days to prepare the products for you after we receive your order. If there is a weekend or holidays, the orders need expedited shipping will be processed after the weekend or holidays. Sometimes due to product part orders there could be a longer delay. But it is our in our utmost desire to get the product to you as quickly as we can.

Clear Dart offers a Shipping Insurance plan that only costs 1% of the total cost of darts purchased. If you choose to purchase this plan, we will replace all orders that are lost with UPS. UPS will only cover up to $100.00.
Recall
In case of a recall, you will be notified, and a return label will be sent to you so you can send the darts back to us.

Dart Failures
In case of dart failures, please send pictures to your dealer and any information that can help us understand what happened. We want to figure out what made it fail and fix it.
Return & Exchange Policy
How do I return an item?
Clear Dart of Texas, LLC our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. To ensure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Before returning any item, you must Contact Us to request for an RA#(return authorization), Any item returned to us with no RA# is non-refundable, RA# is strictly given via email only, when you email us please put your Name, Tracking Number, Shipping Address, Date Order Received. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Ship your items via an insured package via UPS. Please keep your tracking number in case your package is lost or has any problem in transit. Prepaid return shipping labels are not available. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless the item is manufacturer defective or the buyer received a wrong item when originally shipped.

If you have received the incorrect/defective item at our fault, please notify us within 3 days the day received item. We will provide a prepaid return label for you. We will issue you a full refund upon receiving the returns.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

For Refused or Undeliverable Packages, we do not take responsibility for any returned packages with a failed delivery, multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or package refusal. We are not responsible for the shipping and return shipping cost if applicable. Also, we will collect the return to sender shipping cost before we send the package back or deduct the cost on your item price if you decided to do a refund. The Packages refused by customers may be submitted to additional shipping cost charges by the postal carrier.
